Questions on arm size

Hey folks, new here. I joined this site to ask some questions.

I'm into weightlifting but was watching some arm wrestling comps on TV a while back and noticed the awesome developement of the pro arm wrestlers arms. At first I was thinking they must have did a lot of weight training, but a few of the guys had one arm much bigger than the other. So it led me to some questions...

1) Is their one arm larger from using it so much with arm wrestling or are some people only doing weight training with their one arm?
2) In general, are these guys arms so big from wrestling or from weight training?
3) How often do you guys train (both with weights and arm wrestling practice)?

I'm curious since some weight training programs have a person only train each muscle once or twice a week, but I'm wondering if you guys train more often, or practice arm wrestling more often. I see great muscular developement on gymnasts too and those guys are at it every day.
