Hi,
I'm a 28 years old bodybuilder from Germany. I have been working out for eleven years and I have achieved a quite good muscular development: 19,5' biceps, 28' thighs. Though I'm able to do some pretty impressive lifts (bench press, squats, etc.), I'm still a very bad armwrestler. Recently, some friends of mine challenged me in armwrestling and it was a real fiasco: I lost four matches, won one and reached one tie. (None of my friends has my size and none is practizing bodybuilding, some are playing soccer and basketball). Even more frustrating was an experience during a party when I did some armwrestling with a 19 years old girl, of course much smaller than me: Finally, I won the match but after almost two minutes being most of the time in real trouble.
Furthermore, I have some difficulties in performing chins (my maximum being three chins at a weight of 235 pounds). Is there a any tie-in between my weak performance in chinning and my bad results in armwrestling. And what kind of exercises would you suggest me for improving my armwrestling skills.
