Strength training with the Metal Rod Exercises
Hi,
This is my first post to the forum. A few years ago I developed a method of strength training called Metal Rod Exercises. There are more details at the website http://www.metalrodexercises.com.
These exercises might be ideal for arm-wrestling. They develop grip strength, finger strength, arm and shoulder strength as well as all-round bodily strength and core stability. Core stability and 'postural strength' might be overlooked in arm-wrestling, but clearly the body provides an anchor during competition.
