New to arm wrestling
I am new to arm wrestling. I have pretty good strength can bench press 500 lbs. I am entering my first event in three months. I would like to hear some suggestions or tips on how to train for it. Any tips would be great. Thank you.

Re: New to arm wrestling
500lbs. bench wow!! I am guessing you will be entering hevy wieght with a bench like that. Do you have a table?? If not you need to get one or build a practice table like I did. The best training is arm wrestling other people. Preferably someone who can beat you. I know It can be hard to find people but if you have a table in your garage it's a heck of alot eisier to get people over to your house. to practice. Where are you located? I am In san Antoinio. I am also a begginer. I posted "anyone from Texas" in Genral discussion. and in a few weeks hopfully you will find someon in your area. That you can pull with. It took a few months for me but now I have two regular guys that come over to my house weekly to practice.I am 198lbs. weight class and they are both 240lbs. so you can Imagine I always get a good work out. hope this helps. Later J.T.
