The absolute best and fastest way to be notified about tournaments in your area as soon as they are announced is to register with arm-wrestling.org and then subscribe to your state's tournament thread by clicking the "Notify" button at the top of the thread. You will then be notified within a few minutes by email when a new tournament is announced for that state!

Held at Shilo Inn - 2500 Almond St. K.Falls, Or. Weigh-ins: 4 to 6 pm. Tournament starts at 7pm. Weight Classes Men's Right & Left: 0-154, 155-176, 177-198, 199-242, 243+. Ladies Right: 0-121, 122-143, 144+. Men's Novice Right & Left: 0-154, 155-176, 177-198, 199-242, 243+. Double elimination. Awards 1st to 3rd place in all classes.
