Any Help with an Injury i Have please

Hi there,

Im new to this site but was having an arm wrestle the other day and since then my shoulder and the muscle around my elbow is very very sore preventing me from doing any other sports..... does anyone know what this could be or what a known treatment is for it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Armwrestling is very strenuos on the shoulder and elbow. These pains are normal. I would suggest that if you are not really interested in armwrestling and want to do other sports. DO NOT to get involved with armwrestling. Because the pains are very normal and take alot of time for your arm to adjust.
