I'm sick of losing!

Hi i'm new here.. so heres some info about me..

im in the 10th grade and im tired of losing to other kids in my school.. i lift weights regularly and i added the forearms about 2 months ago into my workout: wrist curls (reverse too), the hammer bar, and i recieved a set of heavy grips a couple days ago so they will go into my workout too..

i am still losing to these kids that dont look very strong at all ( but apearance doesnt mean a thing.. ).
anyway  can any of you post his workout? maybe mine isnt good... any tips?
