I quit about 7 years ago after I won a few tournaments (3) and lost in the Battle of the Biceps on (ESPN). I just put together a workout program that I started yesterday in order to get back in shape. I used to enter the 170 lb class but now weigh in just over 200 lbs. I need to get back down in weight in order to be competitive again (I think) I live in Lansing.    Report
