arm hurting need some advice

well as the title says my right upper arm hurts when i do arm wrestling exercises its like the hole bone hurts my left arm is good but my right does this it hurts and it pops sometimes when i pull a person it deosnt hurt only when i exercise what is this it bothers me and can't train as much ok try this grab on to something that u can't move with ur left or right arm and pretend like u pulling some one and try to pull it feels like some one is stabing me with a knife in the side arm help

just to clear it up i think that is normal i asked few other people and they get the same thing but not in the arm wrestling match my left will do the same but tx any way
