Best Technique for a tall athletic guy with great pulling power versus bigger brute?
Some South-American clients of mine are always challenging me to Arm Wresting competitions. I can beat everyone execpt their champ, who I am afraid to even try against. He's a stocky barrel chested ex-soldier, where as I am a lean 190lbs, with tiny wrists and smallish hands. I have great pulling strength though, capable of 40 consecutive pullups, one-arm pullups and over 2X bodyweight deadlifts.
thanks
Townes.
