As Dave’s wife, you know the best – how hard does he work to be that great at armwrestling? David works really hard at preparing for his armwrestling matches. He goes to the gym five days a week and completes workouts that are tailored to make him a better armwrestler. He also works out at home with weights and a sledgehammer he has attached weight to. He also spends a lot of time watching videos, studying future competitors, and practices on the table with his
