At the congress were present representatives of 14 countries, the President of Federation Alexander Filimonov, vice-presidents Igor Mazurenko and Andrey Petrov and General Secretary Guzel Idrissova. During the congress very important issues were resolved, such as the athletes classification, work with World Anti-Doping Agency and local federations.
