I’ve had many injuries, most from doing exercises improperly and overtraining. It’s almost always like this – if you train too much without experienced supervision, at some point you are going to overtrain. The symptoms are: bad sleep, high blood pressure and a noticeable drop in strength, or a full stop even. How do you deal with that? The best thing to do is just lay off training for a week or two. Then you need to analyze your exercises and keep one thing in mind – NO physical strain whatsoever during that rest period.
