IMPORTANT CHANGES AFTER THE WAF CONGRESS! 09:05 09/14/2012 During the WAF Congress in Brazil several important changes in regulations were made. Many of them applies for juniors, but not only. Not what you were looking for? Search for other text. The WAF decided to introduce junior age classification. Next year World Championships (in Poland) will be conducted due to these regulations. Division into two age classes of male and female juniors were introduced. The younger class – up to 18 years. The older class – up to 21 years. Weight classes in girls up to 18 years: 45; 50; 55; 60; 65; 70; +70 kg; Weight classes in boys up to 18 years: 50; 55; 60; 65; 70; 75; +80 kg; Weight classes in girls up to 21 years: 50; 55; 60; 65; 70; +70 kg; Weight classes in boys up to 21 years: 55; 60; 65; 70; 75; 80; 85; 90; +90 kg; All the details will be placed on our web page as soon as we come back from Brazil.
