So their training advice is worth its weight in gold to us. A great example of a Slovakian champion is Lubomir Jagnesak, living not 5 km from the Polish border. The opening of borders and the freedom of travel allow some of our contestants to visit him, even a couple of times a month. Of course, he hasn ’ t become a master right from the get go. He took his first steps on the international arena in 2002, where he took 4 th place in juniors class, 63 kg, European Championships
