It might look easy from the side, but those victories come at a cost of hardcore, grinding work. I train 6 times a week, I diet, I go swimming and use regeneration sessions. I make a lot of sacrifices, some at the expense of my nearest and dearest. Winning still gives me joy and satisfaction, and motivation to keep on climbing the armwrestling ladder. What motivates you the most? The senior categories, because I have to put in a lot of effort to win in those. I have huge support from my friends, who help me along with their knowledge, time and effort to make me better all the more. I want to thank them all.
