The reason for suspension was a row caused by the trainer of the Moscow team - Victor Gromow during the Russian Junior Championships. While the tournaments were being conducted the trainer ran up to the secretariat and vulgarly applied to referees and secretarial stuff. Not to inflame the conflict the organizers politely showed Mr Victor Gromow the door of the hall. Unfortunately the trainer did not leave the hall. Even the police that came, could not lead him out.
