December 3, 2014 in Moscow will host an event officially called the «The Leaders and representatives Meeting of the International Paralympic Committee, International Sports Federations by type of disability, the National Paralympic Committee of the CIS countries, Eastern Europe and the Baltic States." For the first time President of the International Armwrestling Federation for Disabled Alexander Filimonov will take part in the Paralympic Committee meeting. During the meeting, among other questions, the organizational issues of the World Games for the Disabled in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro will be discussed.
