Registration of participants for A1 ended Registration of participants for the A1 Russian Open ended at 6 pm of Moscow time. 117 competitors from 18 countries registered for the event. Most of the competitors come from: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan , Uzbekistan, Armenia , Lithuania , Latvia and Bulgaria. Among contestants are 9 women (2 ladies will compete in the up to 65 kg class, while 7 in the +65 kg division). Also 9 disabled athletes will compete in the tournament. 2 of them will take part in the up to 75 kg class, and 4 in the up to 90 kg class. Tomorrow (on Friday) left-hand matches will be held.
