When you ref your focused on the elements at hand like hand position, capping, and the grip up , the match and elbow fouls, pins and parallel pins. I believe both are similar. But the cam ref has allotted more to do with documents and replays, as well as ringing the match bell and helping with testing equipment. I believe the camera ref’s job is more difficult only because they have so much more work. Mentally that’s speaking... I believe the main ref has a more laborious job.
