Before Ready!Go! place elbow on the inside edge of the pad. Pull the wrist of active arm towards own body. Place active side leg forward. Thumb of active arm is left over the index finger (not tucked under). After Ready!Go! twist wrist inside. At the same time, pull wrist towards your body. Twist inside the lighting shoulder. Press opponent’s arm to the side. Twist the figting arm inside, mind that it doesn’t cross the shoulder line. Aim the fighting arm down, vertically. Lean body backwards. Slide elbow of fighting arm across the pad, towards your body. Arm holding the pin goes below table edge. Keep pressuring the opponent’s for earm with the lower part of our forearm.
